SALON & SPA POLICIES

Cancellation Policy - Time is exclusively reserved for you when you book an appointment. A 48 hour cancellation notice is required if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. A 50% charge will be added to accounts that have not given proper notice for a cancellation.

Late Arrival - If you are running late, please call the salon so we can promptly inform the service provider. Your appointment may have to be altered to fit within time constraints of other scheduled appointment. If you are 15 or more minutes late, it is likely the appointment will have to be rescheduled and add a cancellation fee. *We try our best to accommodate, but the schedule does not allow fluctuation.

Health and Medications - It is up to the guest to let their service provider know of any health issues and medications that may affect their service. Hormone changes and medications can interfere with the outcome of chemical services, sensitivity to waxing and skin services.

Refund Policy on Service - All services sales are final. Payment is due at the end of the service. If we need to make an adjustment to the result, your service provider is happy to accommodate. We do not issue refunds on gift cards.

Terms of Service - We cannot guarantee the outcome of services. We cannot predict/control underlying health conditions/medications, previous damage or existing condition of your skin or hair. We gather as much information as possible from guests to deliver the best outcome. Not all desired outcomes are possible in one appointment. Your service provider will map out an extended plan for your hair/skin goals.

Refund Policy on Retail - Defective items will be replaced within a week of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with a purchased item, we will replace it with an item of equal or lesser value. Hair care and skin care items cannot be reshelved after opening.

Refusal of Service - We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We pride ourselves in creating a positive, welcoming, creative atmosphere for our guests and employees.

Children in the Salon - Our space is a place for guests to relax and enjoy a break from their day. If you must bring a child (children) with you, we will enforce that it does not interfere with other guests’ experience. We work with hot and sharp tools, and chemicals that can cause severe harm if handled incorrectly. Each product, tool and equipment range from hundreds to thousands of dollars. We have zero tolerance of our products, tools and equipment being played with or touched without permission. It is 100% your responsibility to monitor children that accompany you. Broken or damaged product, tools or equipment will be charged to your account.

I understand The 5th Parlour policies and agree to the terms as a guest. I understand that all salon company guests are valued and the above polices are in place to keep fairness and operations running smoothly.
